Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law

HB offers free legal assistance for individuals with Family Law issues. Must reside in LA COUNTY and meet the income requirements. HB can help with free legal assistance that are in referenced to Family Law Cases (such as child custody, divorce, restraining orders, domestic violence, child welfare, paternity, and child support to formerly incarcerated mothers). FAME Legal Clinic

The FAME Legal Clinic provides services to thousands of low-income residents in the greater Los Angeles area on a nondiscriminatory basis. Community Lawyers Access Center (CLAC)

CLAC provides support with: educational rights of children with disabilities and their parents, advice to tenants regarding the unlawful detainer process, from service of notice to relocation of tenant, adjustment of status and consular process, removal proceedings relating to process and procedure of immigration court proceedings and possible defenses such as cancelation of removal (42A and 42B); asylum; and Violence Against Women’s Act (VAWA) . Community Legal SoCal
